One of China's leading integrated property developers, with businesses comprising construction, property development, property management, as well as hotel development and management is looking for candidates for the following position:

PROPERTI SALES EXECUTIVE

• Perform in routine task including tele-marketing, event & roadshow, attending walk in customer, visit corporate client and business partners.
• Perform in routine task including tele-marketing, event & roadshow, attending walk in customer, visit corporate client and business partners.Maintain good relationship with existing business partner & corporate client while continuously develop new accounts.
• Provide professional consultancy and full services to client in local and oversea property investment.
• Familiar with the project information, sales procedure, local and oversea real estate policy & system.
• Constantly improve professional skills, be independent, passion, vital and have the courage to accept challenges for high salary.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Chinese & English & Bahasa Indonesia.
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Good communication skill, pleasant personal image.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Property/ Real Estate sales or related field is required. Candidates who are willing to work in Jakarta and willing to travel frequently in domestic and international
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too, training will be provided.

Remuneration Package:

Basic Salary + Allowance + High Commission
